My dad lives here. Real nice apartments. He seems to like living there.

This is a GREAT location for busy FAMILIES there is a park and water park for summer right across the street with nice path for riding bikes or walking. Huge field for kit flying, frezbee or football, ect... People can make a difference. It is true that we are a dog loving community and some need to learn that it ain't okay to leave their dogs poop. I have stepped or ran over it plenty of times and I am in process of making it known. I have a service dog myself and there is no excuse to not clean up after your dogs. I have picked up poop during my pregnancy, while holding a baby and when my back was out and in severe pain. I have forgotten a bag and gone back for the poop. Responsible neighbors make good neighbors. It is also true that there has been theives (had a bike stolen, cans, cigarettes, ect.. but sin is everywhere. Don't let the bad keep you down. A neighbor hood watch and personal security system can make a difference.

There is NO PRIVACY! Your Windows face your neighbor's Windows. A little thought and creativity from the architect would have gone a LONG way! There's NO sound barrier between floors. When the upstairs people stomp around it rattles the dishes in the downstairs cupboards so much they sometimes move and when the cupboard door opens they crash to the floor. There's too many people that DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS!!!!! And there's a LOT of DOGS! Not enough parking! So many 2-car couple's take all the spaces under cover in the parking lot that tenants end up parking in the street. And since this IS West Medford - and the WORST area in West Medford - you can't leave anything out or it WILL be GONE!!!
