Good

We absolutely love it here! The manger Frances went above and beyond to help us. She's wonderful. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance is super responsive.

Best place on earth

Have lived here about a month now just love it manager Jim and maintenance man Nick are great.....

The apartment is ok the people were not that Nice and there is a lot of smoking and you can smell it in your apartment

I really like my new apartment. A lot. It's clean and fresh. The walls are a bit thin, but hey! It's a low priced apartment. Perfection costs a lot more.

Apartments are nice, quiet corner of town.

It's okay there's a lot of neighborly public postings on neighbors doors every once in a while.

Maintenance is horrible here. Dont move here or else youre going to wait forever when you request maintenance.
