        If I could rate this place with no stars I would. Manager is the worst no wonder why every one is starting to move out. I am posting this as a tenant but doing it under another account do to the fear she will find away to take our security deposit. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!

        Maria made the move-in process very easy. Shes very friendly and responsive. I would recommend Evans Crossing to anybody looking for a nice apartment complex.
