Our new manager is amazing. She's getting stuff done around the apartments that needs to be done. And she is so sweet.

Robin and Fawn are amazing! The only reasons I plan on leaving here is if I was able to buy a home or if they left. This place has been a blessing for me and my family. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and Fawn is always kind. Robin is great at communicating and makes me feel like this is my home and not just a in between place. I would highly recommend this place to others!

I've lived here for almost 7 years. 3 different landlords and countless maintenance people. Nick is our current landlord here and he is not easily reachable. For over a year now I've continuously asked for them to have a plumber come and check out the plumbing due to several concerning signs of a plumbing issue. Starting with a toilet that would need flushed 3 times before going down. Got a new toilet, new hot water heater but don't believe an actual plumber came to look into the real issue as my water is still milky and filmy with particles in it. Anytime I contact guardian management about this problem I am then being told my car will get towed if not moved for bad tags when it wasn't ever an issue before. I've been told that if a plumber comes and nothing is wrong that I will be charged for the cost of them coming out to look at anything. Overall I would say living here's not only unsafe but has pretty much ruined my life at this point!
