The UPS Store

Hi,I'm sorry about your experience.However, we do not have a tall, slender guy with a beard working at our location. We are located at Hwy 26 and Cornelius Pass by the Fred Meyer in Hillsboro. At this time, we have an all female staff and me (the male owner). I lack a beard and am quite short! :)For what it's worth, Amazon returns usually falls in three categories. It states the category when you initiate the return:1. No Box No label needed: This is a QR Code. It is usually a smaller item that we take care of the packaging. We will print the label free.2. No label needed: This is also a QR Code. At the bottom of the QR Code, it will state Customer Packed. These items should be in a box or mailer taped up and ready to go. We will print the label free.3. Box and Label needed: This is not a QR code and a paper label is needed. The item should be boxed up and the label should be printed at home and taped to the box and ready to go. This is often where UPS Stores will charge for the label because you will need to e-mail us the label and we print a sheet of paper on a laser printer, etc. I hope that helps. I promise you as the owner of the store that I'm the only male who works at this location, and I do not fit your description at all. My last male employee left last summer.
