      image The employees were very friendly. I needed to return an item, not knowing how to do it. They went step by step with me to make sure, not only to make sure the package will be delivered correctly, but also making sure that I knew how to do this latter, if need be

      image The staff at the Philomath BLVD location are always extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience in my many trips in to mail a package or an Amazon return (which I imagine they see many of and are likely annoying).
