This UPS store on Green Acres Rd is wonderful. Very friendly and efficient service. They did a great job on flyers I needed printed and always take good care of my shipping needs.

Owner there is frazzled and temperamental. Be careful as he has a special system of having some customers wait longer than others. I was working on a notarized document (three pages). In that time that hes was supposed to be filling out my paperwork he let customer after customer walk in and he serviced them while I waited. Then in between these folks hed do a little work on mine (his form of multitasking) I drew the line when the third person came in, walked past me to the scales and started talking to him about what had happened to the greeting cards. I asked her to allow him to finish my papers. He lost his mind, threw my papers back at me and kicked me out. I reminded him that my signature was already in his ledger. He got even angrier, grabbed papers back then wielded his stamp like a samurai, threw papers again at me and waved the $60 fee.
Ill call it the histrionics discount. ;p
Owner responded to this post possibly with out consulting his own in store video. Had he been attentive to one customer at a time, a very small correction would not have been needed. I didnt hold that against him. In fact since he was doing ALL the screaming, I can only assume he is a highly unstable individual and should seek mental health consultation. It was a remarkable sight to see. Good luck to you and your trusty stamp.
Lastly. I needed to get papers to FedEx by noon- he knew that, but he didnt know my work schedule that I had to get back and had a short window to get everything done. Hes so fussy he couldnt be talked to. Too dramatic for me. Ill find a UPS store without abuse. Thanks again for the $60.00
Ps. There was one staff in the store at this time - him, there had been two customers behind me, then once they were served and left
, another woman walk in with a package, past me and asked about the cards. I only spoke to one customer the card lady. Hes either delusional or dare I say, simply a liar.

Fabulous customer service. The people there are fast, competent, and friendly. They do such a good job that every time I walk in that store I wish every other store I visit had such high standards of excellence. Highly recommended.
