        Horrible experience, called twice to see if they could ship my frozen goods and two people at the office said it was okay over two separate calls since I wanted to be sure. When I dropped off the goods, they looked at me like I was crazy and said they couldnt accept it. They finally accepted it but I have zero confidence in the delivery and the customer service itself warrants a 1 star. Will never ship from here again
