Sierra Point Apartments

Bre made my experience moving in a breeze from start to finish. She kept me up to date throughout the process. Shes helpful, and very sweet! Whenever Ive needed something since moving in, shes always gotten back to me and taken care of whatever Ive needed.

While looking for an apartment for my daughter, we were referred to Sierra Point. While we loved the apartment, the property overall was not a good fit for our needs. Bree (the Manager) was kind, patient, so helpful & offered information an another community she managed as well as other properties within her network. We were so pleased with our experience & highly recommend Bree & Sierra Pointe to anyone looking in the Gresham area!

Nobody gets back to you at these apartments. There's no leasing office and I've been trying to call for months now about availability and scheduling a tour.

I recently moved out of these apartments in August. I just got my deposit statement in the mail and noticed I got charged a late fee. I called the manager (Breanna) and at first she was fine, then immediately after she told me what the fee was for she became very defensive. She accused me of back dating a check and turning in rent a day late. I have never once paid rent late, so its suspicious that Im accused of this only after giving my 30 day notice and vacating the premises. Anyways, I do NOT recommend this place. The manager is disgustingly rude, when we first moved in our place it was infested with fleas and I vacuumed a whole bin full of cat litter out of a bedroom closet. Its cheaply made, the microwave and toilets are barely attached to anything and people leave dog feces all over the sidewalks. Parking is terrible too! Try Aspen Highlands across the street!

"Bree", the manager, is the most rude and racist apartment manager I have ever met. I can scarcely believe that she has been allowed to treat people the way she treated me. The grounds are dirty and full of litter. I wouldn't live here if you actually paid me to. Of course, if "Bree" is removed from the equation I would reconsider
