Came to visit a friend one time never will I go back again … there was roaches everywhere thank god I don’t live there outside was trash the paint inside was horrible I wouldn’t want to live there I feel sorry for tenant living there

This is definitely a good starting point to get your renters history if you are a first time renter. I honestly enjoy the manger she is very caring about each tenet makes me feel welcome here. I have never seen a roach or a mouse. I will say the only down fall here is there is several people who I wont name who like to know everyone's business and get involved. There is a homeless camp near by but the city is taking it down

This is the real owner of Rosewood Commons not the fake person name Portia that claim to be the Rosewood commons Owner whom responded to Clarissa Richardson whom is claiming to be a tenant of Rosewood Commons and Portia made up friends. This is a defamation of character that our attorney have been notified and if it continues one you will be facing full legal charges and you will be responsible for any damages to the business.
