Was there for a year and it was great. Quiet neighbors and they keep garbage area clean and the lot. Kaylah, is very helpful. If you have any questions, she will answer within a timely manner. 5 stars. Kaylah, you were wonderful, thank you for being so nice and helpful. :) We did get almost our full deposit back. We spent days cleaning the unit but must of missed a few things. $250 for cleaning and that is totally exceptable I would recommend Gresham Park to anyone.

Gresham Park was a great first apartment when moving to Portland. Requests were mostly on time and quickly answered by maintenance and moving in/moving outexperience was professional and quick. Overall a great place to start apartment living.

Kaylah has been an absolutely amazing help - she said shes new, but shes the best property manager Ive ever had. Kaylah youre awesome!!! (She should get a raise ;)

I called for information non Pinewood Commons and Kaylah Ensign was able to help me with everything I needed in a timely manner and was so polite. Definitely would recommend speaking to her if you get a chance.
