Been living here for two years already. Never had any problems. The landlord is amazing person, everything gets fixed on time, always polite and always helpful. We are happy!

These are the worst apartments with the worst management possible. People around here will mess with your property and nothing will be done about it. Your vehicle will get keyed, your gas will be siphoned out, your stuff will get stolen. The police are always around because of the people in the place. Definitely dont bring kids in this area. Theres always random people here searching the parking lot for anything they can find. Theyll break your windows too. These apartments have a low rate for a reason.

I give this place a ZERO star rating! This "Landlord" or I should say SLUMLORD DOES NOT repair or do ANY type of basic maintenance WHAT SO EVER! Even with getting county involved this SLUMLORD just ignores you and then says you better pay your rent or else. Why would you pay for services you never received?! I lived there for almost a year. I started a small garden to teach my special needs child and other children basic life skills of growing your own food. SLUMLORD put a notice on my door stating he hates plants and wants them removed. Well, the LEASE does NOT state no plants so I graciously declined. Not even two weeks later upstairs neighbors move in. How exciting, right? WRONG! They had two MASSIVE dogs that they put on the upstairs patio to defecate and urinate which in turn ALL LEAKED DOWN TO MY PATIO WHICH I PAY TO USE. Now, EVERYONE of my plants were destroyed on top of EVERYTHING on the patio. The patio was urine drenched and feces drenched. It smelt EVERYDAY. I would show pictures and report to NO AVAIL! Instead, the SLUMLORD gave SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS to the upstairs neighbors and they didn't have to clean up after their animals. They let them urinate and poop EVERYWHERE. People stepped in it EVERYDAY! After being PROMISED PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS to come out and actually clean the patio so that I may use it, they sent NO ONE! Not even the "maintenance people" showed up. I got the county involved which wrote them a warning and gave them a time limit to fix it and they STILL didn't do it. I was forced to break my contract because I was NOT going to continue to get urinated on and my children's health put at risk. This place WILL lie to you, cheat you out of money and then DESTROY your personal property and then if you do anything about it, they will act like you never reported a problem in the first place. This place STEALS you money and your mental health and PHYSICAL health. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE! They ALLOW druggies in and out of the middle house. MANY days I would report the neighborhood junkie and NOTHING would be done about. This place is TERRIBLE! The worst place I have EVER been to. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR "Nice Managers" either. They are trained to con you. And MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FIRST! They will "miscommunicate" down the road and you wouldn't want them to "forget" their words.
