        Absolutely perfect!. Beautiful amenities : swimming pool, gym, playground. Very professional management. Spacious two bedroom apartments and really Stunning one bedrooms. Excellent security and maintenance. Laundry inside the apartments . Storage space. Two bedrooms include a garage. Wonderful place to live!!!!!!. Near everything you need!! Best area of Gresham.

        Horrible property management. Dont expect anything near professional level communication. Tow trucks roaming the parking lot, snatching up cars regularly. Lots of trash outside and around the dumpsters. Loud. Two fires over the span of a few months. Addicts camping around the property. This place is best for short term renting when in a tough spot. Try to avoid this place if you can.
