        The assistant manager, Randi Cochran, is consistent, kind and responsive. Although I have faced challenges with the property- Randi has been exceptional with dealing with all of the issues that arose and has been pleasant to work with. These 5 stars are for Randis customer service.

        Worst place I have ever lived, the managers dont keep up on the garbage its always over flowing, the work out room has been closed for months, the secured parking lot is never secured because the gate is broke, on move out they charge you for things that were broken already.

        My experience with Columbia Trails was a pleasant one. The move in process was easy and the office staff were eager to help and assist in the process. I had the pleasure of being helped by Randi (I believe thats what her name was) and she was exceptionally friendly and able to answer any questions I had.

        It might of took a long time to move in, but once we got in it was awesome. We called maintenance and they came right away and they were friendly. I enjoy this place and I love it. K so glad we moved here.
