Manager and service coordinator extremely abusive. they pick on certain people to abuse. They tell you you lie when you try to tell them some thing when you know its true, and they lie to your face. They have no shame! They have no conscience there are more people there being picked on. And when you go to complain to Hud, they yell at you. Its a game to them. Theyre all crooked. I am out of there right now and I am so happy. I have the most wonderful manager in the world and I live in paradise now. Very happy to get rid of those monsters. dont move there. Its also a Smoke box they advertise smoke free. Also HUD said it was smoke free. You have to cut your way through the hallways. The smoke is so thick they deny it and call you a liar they spray the halls with heavy perfume to cover up the smoke and then you choke on the perfume smell. Its a small complex too small for all those toxic smells. also, its very strange that many people are dying there. In such a small complex that doesnt sound right to me they advertise in some sites that its assisted-living thats not what they said to me when I moved in there. some people like it there some of them are hiding in their apartments because of abuse these people have nowhere to go. I am very sad for everyone that has to live there. There are better places where you get treated better. they cover up by treating some people wonderful and then picking on others. Beware of this horrible place. The two of them are fat lazy and have no life they never even leave their little tiny room to go shopping they have to have it delivered they have no life. The hallways are filthy the two years I was there they never cleaned the floors the wood in your apartment on the windowsill is riding they don't fix things the elevator also has never even been wiped down in 2 years there's the same dirt all over there people are living like pigs in their apartments one neighbor their sleeps on the floor on a dirty filthy mattress another lady has dirty garbage filled in her apartment they tell you they do inspections but they don't care about anything. Dogs pee on the ground in the hallways dogs pee in some of the people's apartments in you have to walk over dog pee pads. They take good care of the grounds outside to impress people it's a cover-up. Also when you first move in there they take you in a room and interrogate you and make you spill the beans about your whole life. watch out for these monsters. They pry into your whole personal life
