We've lived here four years and haven't had any problems. It's a cramped little complex and the parking lot is tiny, but the maintenance guy is nice and prompt. The new manager for like the last year is basically a ghost. I have never seen or spoken to her. No idea what she's like.

I Pay 1,000 bucks for a 1 bedroom and I cant even have plants on the deck railing.

Great place to live if you're single and don't plan to have pets, visitors or a home-life. This community used to be fantastic. Our family was really pleased when we moved in. The original manager was kind, attentive and engaged with the tenants. When she left the take another job, the place went downhill. The replacement manager was young. She didn't respond to issues, she didn't keep records of anything. Many of the maintenance requests were basically ignored and quite a few tenants got very upset. Several left after about a year, citing the manager as a primary motivator. It didn't help that they raised rates over 15% year-to-year. Since then the new manager has been a neurotic disaster for the tenants. She is the strictest letter-of-the-rule nitpick I've ever lived under. There are notices on doors ever few days explaining new policies and threatening fines for infractions, effective immediately. I'm sure she'll clean up the issues that the last manager neglected, however no one will be left here because taking a pet out to pee while on the property is an infraction. Save yourself the headache and heartache and rent from somewhere else.
