Central Point Apartments

Horrible experience with a woman and her guests on the 4th floor. Loud arguing partying all night long all the time. Yelling. People drunk or high on something lots of men coming and going. Always stinks like smoke too. We're afraid to visit friends any more!

I have lived in the building for two years and really enjoyed my stay for the most part - I'm only moving out to live with my partner. Maintenance was prompt and responsive, in the rare instances I did interact with the rental company (Capitol Property Management), they were friendly and helpful, and my neighbors were respectful and helpful. There were occasional loud neighbor gatherings (as with any building), but the office responded quickly to my complain email. I will warn you to make sure you keep your parking pass visible in the parking lot - my new care was towed after I traded in my old one with the parking pass on it! The only other complaint I have is evening noise from the bar across the street (Uly's). They seem to have gotten more popular over the two years I've been here, and noise from their patrons can make it hard to get to sleep with the window open once it gets warm out.
