Springwater Trail Apartments

Nice decent apartments but we have been living here for 3 years and nothing ever gets fixed. There are no rules so everyone does what they want no one is told to be considerate of others and to clean up after their dogs even themselves leaving trash everywhere or even drive the speed limit and dont live on the 1st floor we never have any peace and quiet 24/7 its impossible for us to relax in our apartment all we hear is a kid or adult running around from 3am in the morning till 11pm and inconsiderate people who walk around on their heels dragging furniture across the floor past midnight making loud thumps and noises. Funny how when we first moved in we were told our neighbors were "so quiet" since the first night we heard stomping. And trash and water is constantly falling down from their balcony all the time its not our job to clean up after other tennants only ourselves. And the water is making moss thats beginning to turn into mold such a big health hazard nothing ever gets taken care of here they dont care about your problems as long as you pay them rent thats all they care about everything else is on you. We are constantly fixing our front door and replacing stuff that we shouldnt have to. This is no place for a family. But apparently you can move in 20 people into one apartment because they dont check who is on the lease. This place is not worth lack of sleep and your health. Its just ridiculous to put up with childish behavior literally 24/7 a week. No one should have to be dealing with this dont even bother to complain about anything because they dont do anything about it. Worst place ever!

I live on one of the third floors and if you heard the fire alarm go off at some odd hour of the night that one time along with loud noises like stomping, slamming or yelling sometimes throughout December and January Im sincerely sorry about that downstairs neighbors, thank you for being chill

Id give no stars if I could! Linda is the worst manager, shes never in the office and is likely paid for 40 hours but isnt in the office more than 2 hours a day, maintenance is incompetent at fixing anything. It takes way too long for something to be fixed! Covid isnt an excuse!! Tenants on second and third floors are always stomping or blaring a sound system passed hours and are never talked too.. just the worst place ever!

If you read all of the reviews on this place you will find the truth. Ryan is lazy and don't trust Linda and corporate is even worse.
