George was amazing. He made himself available day and night as well as weekends and when we started with him he and his wife had just had a baby a week before. When we looked at houses with him he was constantly pointing out things to us and checking in with us about things. From pointing out building materials used or when there was damage and when it was quality. He would ask us what we thought about the features of the house , the neighborhood, commute and really tried to make sure the houses we looked at were a good investment. George has such a great attitude and he will work tirelessly for you until you have the house you want. He dealt with several obstacles that came up for us and was able to resolve them all. I can't imagine having any other realtor represent us. Five out of five stars

I just can't say enough about Heather Tipler. She has either sold or helped me purchase my last 2 homes. Each time she has done a fantastic job. She works hard and can handle difficult buyers. The last agent she had to deal with was a complete incompetent mess. Heather was able to clean up the other agent's short comings and deliver a sale for me. Thank you Heather. I will always regard Heather as a friend and my go to agent for any real estate endeavors. Heather knows what she's doing and will do what it takes to take care of you. She is a excellent real estate agent that is honest, genuine and diligent. She's the agent to go with, wheather you are selling or buying your real estate.

Wow what a disaster was it buying the house we bought that heather tipler was selling she was unresponsive, she didnt communicate with my real estate agent on multiple occasions. She failed to send addendum until after closing. I have still yet to sign that one as I refused to do so because if she had done her job during the transaction, she wouldnt need my signature at this time we were told the house would be professionally cleaned, and all signed the addendum,she refused to let us into the home for inspection until after we were closed,when we got into the home and found it to be completely filthy. Heather was invited into the home while she was picking up her for sale sign to witness this she said she would make a few phone calls and a week later we have still yet to hear from her . She had her client that was selling the home. Send me a text message about some thing that was in the repair addendum completely unprofessional as somebody who knows the real estate industry very well knows that this goes against all policys. What a terrible experience, I cant say her communication was terrible because there was absolutely none whatsoever! It was her job to coordinate the transaction and ensure that her clients followed the addendum and contingencies which none were met! The house was trashed inside and out! And heather ignored my wifes comment when she was standing in our new filthy house if she would move her own family into this house. Wow Im so baffled that hybrid lets their agent work like this without holding them accountable. A lawsuit is in the very near future.
