Excellent experience in the sale of a house for a decedent's estate. Bobby knew exactly what was needed to best present the house and was extremely patient when family members were delayed in removing items from the house. The online presentation was very professional and really made a good impression for the house. His advice on pricing was right on the money and the house was listed on Friday and was sold by Monday. He was always available and responded quickly to any inquiries. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Working with Bobby during the selling process was such a great experience. His excellent marketing ability sold our home within a week of listing! His custom video was so well done and his photos really showed the best our home had to offer, he has a great eye for photography. Bobby exemplified professionalism while still understanding the stress of selling a home post divorce. I will always be grateful to him for his compassion and perseverance. From listing to close he was great! 5 stars for sure!
