I met Mario when I scheduled an appointment to look at one of his listings. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I was not going to use a realtor because I had a bad experience in the past, but decided to give him a try. Mario was there for me through the whole process. He took the time and had the patience to walk me through every step and answer all of my questions. His kindness and honesty shone through in his work. He truly cared about finding my daughter and I the perfect home. I am happy to say after countless listings we finally found our place. Mario is a credit to the profession. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Mario was fantastic to work with. Always on top of things, checking in with us often, keeping us updated on happenings. Looking forward to working together again soon. UPDATE 2022: Second interaction with Mario, this time selling a house. Mario's standards of reliability, punctuality and making things happen did not drop one bit even during the pandemic. He gives sound advice, leads you through the process with confidence and patience which makes this stressful time feel easier. Needless to say, I will be calling Mario next time I need to sell or buy a house :)

Mario is an incredibly helpful realtor. He is responsive and knowledgeable, and he works hard to help you find your next home. We encountered some unique title issues which could have derailed our home sale and contingent purchase, but Mario worked tirelessly to sort it out and keep our transactions alive.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mario. As we all know looking to buy a home in this market is difficult & stressful. Mario was supportive during the times when I got discouraged & was prompt in bringing new listings to my attention. He has the knowledge to prepare & tailor offers to get them noticed by the seller, therefore giving you the best shot at your new home. His ability to walk through a home with you, point out potential issues, give helpful tips & insight was very helpful. We started to work together in mid January and I was in my new forever home by early April. If that isn't a testament to his abilities in this cut throat market I am not sure what is. I will be forever thankful to him for helping me buy my home. Thank you Mario.
