Marissa Fox is a terrible and negligent realtor. She is the realtor for my neighbors property and decided to withhold information from the well testing company that it is a shared well before having the well tested. I came home and had no water at my house and was given 0 notice that any testing would be done. This has caused an extreme amount of dirt and sediment to clog up my water lines which have also ruined my appliances. She refuses to accept any responsibility for her negligence and says it is a neighbor dispute. She is representing the seller and was doing him a favor with maintenance etc. while he was out of town and she is responsible for this. She said she would have her superior contact me and I have yet to receive a call at all. She also blocked me after I had my father reach out to her to ask her what is to be done to try to fix this disaster she has created. If I could give 0 stars for a rating for her, I would.

Marissa Fox helped us get into the house of our dreams by listening to us and supporting us through the process. She is a fun and lovely person to go through the process with and never made me feel bad for asking questions. It's a crazy time to buy a house, and she made it seem easy.

I would highly recommend Tawnya. She helped me navigate the worst market Eugene has ever seen for buyersand I'm a first-time buyer, no less, which made the process even more strenuous. Tawnya was warm, attentive, and energetic throughout the whole process. What I appreciate most is that her legal training makes her extremely knowledgeable, and she is a down-to-earth person who shares her expertise without coming across as pushy. If the property has visible problems, she will never hesitate to say "don't pursue this place, there are red flags here"she is extremely honest and transparent. She wants to help the buyer find the best place for their needs, however complicated that process might be, and she is very patient.
