Rene has always given me such solid and good background on market conditions and financial trends that even without any real estate or business background myself, I could make informed decisions that were best for me. On top of that she is just about the nicest person I know and that makes working with her that much nicer.

Recently sold a multi-family unit near the U of Oregon through Rene Nelson. From beginning to end, it was a great experience! Rene is excellent at keeping the client up-to-date on the property's status and she is on top of the process during the due diligence up to and including the final sale. Has a great network of contacts and finds potential buyers through multiple avenues. She is always completely ethical and transparent and looks out for both the buyer and seller in the process. She's a gem and I would recommend her highly!
