Im new to Eugene from Portland and was delighted to find Forever 21 here at Valley Rivera great shop for basics and even some jackets and shirts! I have to say this F21 is very well stocked especially in the Mens section, as usual prices are super affordable and the one team member I asked for help was very sweet and helpful! Was able to find two really great corduroy shirts for my holiday fits and was overall very impressed by the cleanliness, organization and look of the store. Im not sure if this is a newer location as the inside looks modern and fresh unlike the older F21s in Portland which are still in the cheap glam aesthetic with those musty chandeliers. All in all this is a great location, friendly staff and hands down better than all three of the F21 stores Ive been to in Portland (Oregons biggest city hmmm??)!

Their men's clothes has gone terribly bad. I used to love forever 21 and now I can't believe how bad the men's department is. The women's clothes still seems to offer a lot of cool stuff but for me, as a man, there is nothing. It's all ugly and tacky and at least at my local store, seems to be aimed at Italian soccer player style?!? It's unclear.
