        Always nice and helpful employees and managers. The sales could be more easy to identify. I always end up with things that are miss marked. Confusing sale signs make you assume that you are purchasing sale items when you are not. But that is not the employee's fault. They are lovely!!!

        Terrible customer service i called many times nobody answers or returning call.. plus the shipping is incomplete without informing or atleast emailed of whats going on... the returned still not processing in my bank acct its been more than 5 days or so! Its ridiculous! Its a fun clothing line but terrible customer service it takes FOREVER to answer the call in their warehouse the online purchased sucks!

        The store has a very small mens section in which they carry up to a xxl. The womens section is huge - as big as two stores or more. I asked if they carried plus womens (average size 16.) I was told the store was too small to carry womens normal sizes. :(

        I called the Eugene store 7 times between 7pm-7:30pm NOBODY answered Any of the calls although website says open till 9p... That's Terrible Customer Service!
