very poor customer service. I ordered one item from their website, which was to be delivered within 4 days. A week later the item hadn't arrived. The order status showed a shipping label had been created the day after my order. however, the shipper had not received the package. When I called I was informed that the only way I could do a return is to wait for the item to come and then return it myself. I waited another 4 days and called. They refused to process a return until the item was delivered. How does one get a refund for something you never received??? The item was finally picked up the day after my third call to customer service. They told me items should be received by the customer within 7 business days but there was nothing they could do for me. It has now been 2.5 weeks and I am still waiting for the item. Horrible customer service. I am wondering if I will ever get my $150 back for an item I still haven't received.
