        Why why why don't you have more than 1 check stand open?!?! 5:30 on a Friday and there are 8+ parties standing in line to check out! There are Target employees walking around the store... how is it you can only spare 1 for check out?!?

        Friday afternoon I left my full basket of items because you had two checkers and the self service lanes were closed. Its bad enough that we bag our own items in the bags that we brought in but there is no way Im going to wait another half hour or more to check out of the store

        I had to return an item to Target, it was laundry detergent that I could not physically open. The associate who processed my return, was very pleasant, she smiled, And completed the return in a minute. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
