Target

My family and I had a very bad experience back in December 2023 with Julie, I submitted a report and they did nothing, we will never return to Target and we will share our experience with everyone we know.

Someone had the bright idea to close down all but one fitting room because they were too busy. Apparently they thought it would make less work for them to put away clothes but instead it just made a massive line and they still had to put away the clothes of people that just left the line. When someone asked them about it they snapped at the customer and said well we could close them all down if you want. Guess we wont be clothes shopping here anymore.. otherwise its fine.

Came here to get a few clothing items for our daughter. Went to the fitting room and guess what? The fitting room was closed so they could restock the leftover clothes?! In the middle of the day?!? They said it would be closed for two hours. The manager needs to be fired. They are flushing revenue down the toilet. Restock or clean or organize near closing time or in the morning! Or after hours! If you cant try on clothes you cant buy the clothes.

Open more registers than one at night, or open more self checkouts

Very sad, lack of merchandise over all, had manufacturers coupon and they said they don't take this. Self check now 10 items or less but only 2 checkstands open. Not a better idea.
