I went there to make a return/exchange from an online order. I couldn't do an exchange due to them not carrying plus size in this specific location. I asked why, and the very kind employee told me it was due to it not selling well enough. I understand doing that with certain foods in grocery stores if they don't sell well in a certain area. But everyone deserves to have access to affordable clothing in their size. This review isn't reflective on the store and employees as much as the company itself. I would typically go into the store to find the right fit of clothing so I can try it on, but due to COVID I mostly shop online. If you're above a large in size I'd recommend not coming here.
