Had the pleasure to work w/ Max at the shop and he was great! This is my 2nd - 3rd time using Indochino and every experience has been worth while. Not to mention the suits turned out great, highly recommend spot for a tailored suit

Jimmy was awesome to work with, made the process smooth and effortless. Small mishap with the vest on suit arrivel (not Jimmy's fault by any means) and Jimmy got it taken care of right away! Awesome customer service and I will return for my next suit with out a doubt. Highly recommended!

fitting was great, I will leave a updated review once suit comes in. thanks for all the help updated review: I received the suit and the pants were falling off of me. I was worried about the fitting in the first place because I'm a woman and wanted a more masculine fit cut suit. That's why I wanted a fit to measure suit rather than shopping around and having one tailored after. After receiving the pants the manager apologized and retook my measurements. I really appreciated how the manager(Im sorry i forgot your name) handled the situation. They had to remake the pants since they were literally falling off. 1 month later the new pants arrived and they're PERFECT. The jacket and vest were perfect from the get-go. Trying everything on together made me so emotional because this is what I envisioned for my wedding day. -Thank you from a masc lesbian who just wanted to feel handsome on her wedding day.
