Levi’s Store

Sometimes they have good deals and nice clothes, but don't rely on their "tailoring" shop to be open or operational. I've visited 3+ times to try and get a pair of jeans repaired and every time have been turned away for various reasons. "Not taking repairs at this time (only buttons and patches"), "closing the tailoring shop and moving it to a different store," "you have to have an appointment (which is never mentioned anywhere or posted." To top it all off the security guard felt it was pertinent to eavesdrop on my conversation and tell me off for complaining about the situation to a friend.

Park at the strip mall a half-block west while you shop (by the liquor store). This store is one of the best reasons to go to that part of town, always carrying new stuff & usually discount garments. All I have between me & this cold, cold world is a layer of denim known as a pair of Levi's.

They are only letting 1 or 2 customers in at a time, so you wait outside. 8 customers walked away while I waited to get in, and I gave up after 1/2 hour. If you can't run a store, don't open.
