This bank is the definition of incompetent.  It seems to be a system-wide way of doing business and they don't seem to care nor be interested in making improvements.  We have multiple business accounts and a large commercial loan with them, and have been with them since they bought out Pacific Continental.  But I am done.  I cannot continue trying to run my own business and spend time fixing their mistakes.  Problems range from as simple as misplacing check orders (and not refunding them when they screw that up too), remote deposit system errors, automatic transfers that either don't happen as scheduled or are rejected by the system for no reason, and general lack of customer service and professionalism.  Their online banking website is a mess.  I've closed my personal accounts and will be taking my commercial business elsewhere as well.  I don't need any more headaches, especially for things that shouldn't be that hard for a bank.  I completely understand that things happen and mistakes are made, but their total lack of caring and follow-through is the deal-breaker.  If I could give zero stars, I would.  Take your business to a local community-minded financial institution that cares about their customers.

Pacific Continental has been my bank of choice for the past 15 years. They are always great to work with and go out of their way to help. I travel a lot and they have always been there for me when I call
