We were looking for a rental home and very fortunate to find an excellent home through Cobalt Property Management Group. We were equally fortunate to work with Melissa Sanders during the entire process. She was spot on in every step! She was professional, and yet personal enough to feel connected. This property management group was such a relief to work with on every level. If you have a choice, I recommend this management group and Melissa. They gave us what everyone should get- attentiveness, responsiveness and courtesy.

The Cobalt Team of Jenna & Melissa made renting my home and Bend fast, easy and pleasant. I hired them for them exclusively to find a qualified tenant for a 11 month lease. They responded to all of my communications quickly and thoroughly and found a tenant in only a few days. They also made good suggestions to make sure my house was ready to rent.
