We stayed at Smokestack River House in March. Perfectly located on the river trail and the bustling Old Mill District, this lovely townhouse is large and comfortable. The home has fantastic views of the river, snow covered mountains to the left and the walking path along the Deschutes! Easily walk into town or go the other direction and follow the river through the forest. Home is well equipped and comfortable (especially the masters king bed! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location with lot's of space. Very clean and great communication from Bluebird. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent experience. I've been visiting Bend for many years and rented 10+ places....this may be my favorite stay and by far best rental experience. Bluebird was very communicative, friendly, had great rates and the place was immaculate. No surprise fees and they offer a deposit option instead of mandatory insurance (ends up to be a pretty decent savings!) They have a great variety of unique location as well. I will 100% book with them direct in the future.
