    Avoid this vacation rental company at all costs. We had an issue during our stay (life happens) that we agreed would require carpet cleaning. Instead of just charging the $700 for the cleaning (the only receipt provided) they added an additional $1,300 for fabricated damages such as marked walls and broken chairs. Unfortunately, we have no way to prove this. I would strongly advise against booking with this vacation rental company. Their dishonest practices, lack of integrity, and abysmal customer service make them utterly unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the headache and choose a reputable company that values honesty.

    Rented two units: 430A/430B. We have stayed at the Bend Mt. Batchelor Village property many times. This time was a fail as far as we are concerned. And the blame lies with management. First and foremost check in is 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:30pm and were given keys to our unit. When we arrived at the condo housekeeping was still cleaning. So we waited outside while she finished. One of the bedrooms did not have any window coverings. We did not notice this until night time. The next day I walked down to the office to let them know. By late afternoon I hadn't heard anything so I called. They said they didn't have any record of my coming in. Eventually, maintenance brought over a shower curtain and rod, which did not cover the entire window. We still had to put pillows and towels over the huge gap. We told the maintenance worker it was fine because we didn't want to be inconvenienced anymore, but it wasn't fine. Most importantly, "management" didn't handle things professionally. Dealing with the management team at the Bend property took time out of our few days of vacation. Back and forth, back and forth with texts. This unit should not have been rented to us in the first place. They could have solved this so easily before our arrival by putting up a real curtain or asking us if we'd like a different unit. I don't like spending my few days off dealing with these issues. Constant back and forth, via text, for an entire day. How about a phone call??? When I said I'd like some compensation "management" reluctantly said they would credit us $100 towards a future visit. How about a credit to my credit card. We paid $$$$ to stay 3 nights! Meredith has lots of fees and rules. Fine with us, but, how about some customer service in return. Main bedroom had a bed that leaned one way and sheets that were well past their prime, pilled and thin. Paper products like sand paper and in 403B the heater unit banged every time it went off and on keeping us awake. I inquired again before check out about some sort of compensation and "management" said no. While we have stayed with Meredith many times, we most likely will spend our dollars elsewhere. Management could have had a customer for life with a courtesy phone call and small compensation for disrupting our few days there. Doubt we will want to stay with Meredith Lodging again.

    Worst experience snd customer service I have ever experienced. Completely unwilling to fix the fact they rented us a condo KNOWING the amenities we rented it for were unusable. Total garbage company and wouldnt recommendation ANY book through them if the reason youre booking a specific unit is to be able to use the advertised amenities.

I would strongly advise against booking with this vacation rental company. Their dishonest practices, lack of integrity, and abysmal customer service make them utterly unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the headache and choose a reputable company that values honesty.

We reviewed your account and see there were additional charges due to two parking violations. Our team sent you a text, left a message, and an email informing you that you were in violation of the signed rental agreement, and requested your cooperation in promptly moving the vehicles. We also gave you an option to park at the Lakehouse parking lot or the Sunriver Lodge. Due to your failure to comply with our repeated requests to move the RV camper and extra car, you were charged for parking violations. Please note the amount of cars allowed at each rental is determined by the city and the HOA - not Meredith Lodging. Thank you.
