Tried to apply for a 2 br 2 bath . I called to see how much the application fee was . She told me 50$ & then told me I needed to bring 500$ for a deposit before even being approved & if I wasnt approved . I could take my money order back to stripes and cash it out . I called stripes & they told me they dont cash money orders but they do money orders . So she just flat out lied

The receptionist was amazing. She went out of her way to help me by contacting the landlord to get his approval for section 8. And he was excited about it. But as soon as I gave my very last 45$ to process my application cuz I knew it was a sure thing after getting confirmation from the landlord himself. I was so excited because I need a home for my kids. I got a text message like 5 minutes after leaving the office that I was denied because of my credit. The only time I seen the woman that makes decisions she looked at me like I was scum.. I hope she gets a better decision if she's ever in my position..
