The Oaks Development Company did a custom home design and build of our home that was completed in 2011. Our home was completed in about seven months. We appreciated the assistance they provided with both the floor plan and interior finishes selections. They were always professional and responsive. After we moved in, they continued to provide assistance with small issues that are to be expected with home construction . All of their associates are professional and polite. We have also enjoyed living in the neighborhood and raising our kids here for the past twelve years. Services: Custom home design, Home building

The Oaks Development Company is professional, conscientious and had excellent customer service. We started looking for a builder while we were stationed in England and Whitney/The Oaks Development Company was the only company that responded to our email. Whitney sent us a wide selection of floorplans within out set budget and took pictures and videos of potential lots for us to choose from. She went over the whole process from beginning to end which was highly appreciated. Whitney also was a huge benefit with suggestions at the Design Center. She even offered us the ability to design our own homeI wish I had taken her up on that opportunity. Randy the Builder Superintendent and Whitney kept us in the loop with a program called CoConstruct. This program kept us up to date in real-time of the progress on our home as well as allowed them to ask for our input. We are now in our new house now and The Oaks Development Company has not forgotten us. Randy has been great with coordinating the repairs of small items we have found after move in.
