Shannon did an outstanding job walking me through the process and answering my questions. She explained her evaluation of the value of the home and how much we should ask for. She prepared me for how long she expected it to take and how long it could take. It took less than she expected to receive a offer for the full amount. We closed earlier then we expected to have an offer. I would recommend her to anyone for buying or selling a home.

Shannon is hands down THE BEST realtor! We first met her through Veterans United back in August 2020 when we were in the market for our first home, and we were lucky enough to work with her again in 2023 to sell our first home! Both instances she was extremely patient with answering all of our questions, always available even when she was on her personal time and made sure the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend her expertise and services and can promise she wont let you down and will go far beyond the extra mile to ensure you are well taken care of! Having bought and sold a number of properties over the years, we can say that hands down, Shannon is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. When we interviewed several agents for the marketing of our property, she stood out as being the most professional, knowledgeable and empathetic of all the agents. We went with our gut feeling and we were not disappointed. While every purchase and sale is different, we can say that she handled the sale of our property with ease, guiding us through the whole process and keeping us informed every step of the way. We were extremely impressed with her listening skills and her phenomenal response time. Cant say enough good things about her and, unfortunately for us, we moved out of state and wont be able to use her services again. You wont go wrong using Shannon for all your real estate needs!

My wife and I decided it was time to buy a home. We went online and found a lender, who directed us to a real estate agent to help us. This proved to be a nightmare and didn't feel like either agent was working for us. We found ourselves a new lender and we found ourselves a new real estate agent. Shannon Sherman. She was an absolute Godsend. She was patient with us as this was our first time buying a house. She listened to us and found us the perfect forever-home. She walked us through each step of the process, including video walk-throughs (we were 800 miles remote from where we were purchasing) and took care of getting everything negotiated and arranged on our behalf. Every issue that came up? She was there to help. Would highly recommend using her if you are buying or selling a house in the Lawton, OK region.
