I would give this company negative stars if I could. I have never had a rental experience as absolutely awful as these people. They never wanted to come out and fix any leaks or issues. The city sewer overran and the house we were in didn't have a backup valve and raw sewage went all over the back and front yard in a legitimate river all over and they never came out and put lye down. Fort sill's booming knocked loose tiles down in our bathroom and there was black mold in the walls. We contacted them so many times about the issues and they never did anything. But once we moved out due to health issues, like others users said the move out is ridiculous. They will double charge for same materials and use multiple out of town companies that don't charge anywhere near normal rates and nickel and dime for as much as they can get. Rent anywhere but here because they will treat you like trash and then bill you for the unicorns and fairies in the attic.

Awful experience. Outrageous move out expectations, they will nickel and dime you to death and charge you beyond your security deposit. The inspector did not have a copy of the initial move in (I was not present for as I moved in with someone else and never got one myself), so he had no clue what the issues were that came with the house. They won't even have the common courtesy to call you and let you know of the charges, just send a letter to a random person who has lived in the property over the past 5 years and expect you magically know of the extra charges without any kind of reasonable notification. Some of the folks at the front desk are extremely rude. When I moved out, a cleaning company dropped of the key. Crossroads claimed they never got it and wanted to charge me and would not let me clear out, even though I was already deployed. Magically again, they key shows up exactly where it was dropped off and they did not offer as much as a basic apology. If you are a service member please avoid these people as much as possible. I rented with them for 3+ years and was treated horribly when I tried to move out for a deployment. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. This experience has been so bad I wouldn't even consider using them as a property management company when I buy a house in Lawton after deployment.
