Chase Bank

There is a little sweet amazing older lady that always helps me with my work deposit, I use to go over to the Chase bank on Bryant, but I go to this one because I really adore this little older lady. I've been having a super rough time lately, and no matter what she always has a warm smile for me every morning I open at work. I just want her to know how much I appreciate her kindness to me.

Fire branch manager, does not care about the customers at all!!! THE ATM MACHINE IS DOWN EVERY WEEK

Horrible!!! Their ATM machine after hours is always broken, they never fix their error messages! Horrible customer service and management dont seem to use their chicken brains to update daily maintenance for the ATM machine!

I have done business at this location for over 20 years and not one time have I had a problem with anyone, either through the drive through nor inside.And to the remark about an old lady behind the counter.... I have NEVER seen an old lady at this location. I would recommend this location to everyone! Everyone is helpful, courteous, and nice. To the person complaining when this location was closed for a few days... it was announced on the door and also the window through the drive through about this happening for computer upgrades. It was a slow time because of COVID, and therefore was the perfect time for them to do this upgrade! The Bryant location was only 2 miles away. You could have gone there.
