        I had an appt with Mr. Mickey Williams regarding a secondary account. He explained all account options that would best suit my needs w/o having to pay a monthly fee. After we agreed upon an ideal account, he promptly activated it. The business session was handled in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!

        I took someone else there I have a problem with chase because you have to go clean across town to get to bank none on Northside of tulsa

        I love the Chase bank app! It allows you to do a lot of things, like deposit checks, monitor your balances, and get real time alerts on your account. If you do need to go to the physical location, I have found their staff are always cheerful and willing to help.

        Very friendly staff! Sorry not sorry but the teller Mike is SO gorgeous! Actually had a conversation instead of feeling like stuffy bank personnel! Good job, guys!
