        I wish there was an option to give lower than one star. To all Bank of America clients, don't use this branch! Terrible service, and very rude staff.

        Update as of Today 9.29.23 We walked into the bank, early this AM, & the Bank Manager was able to help Me & My husband, & Daughter, Quickly & efficiently. This Bank has always been great to Us, & We recommend, this bank! Heath, the Manager was so understanding & explained everything to Us! As seniors, We are thankful for His patience & kindness! He has helped Us before, & remembered Us! God Bless His efforts! I walked in today with no appointment with a situation that Maria was able to take care of immediately. She got me over to a young gentleman that was very efficient, kind, & very patient with so many of my questions, & solved my situation! Always happy with the service at this bank!

        I went to the bank today. A issue of my name correction, without any appointment. But, I meet senior banker, Mary Angel Stoller. She is very helpful and she fixed it very quickly.
