        My husband banked with equity for years. Who ever they put in charge now has ruined his view of this bank. He used to have no issues with his account, now even just calling the bank stresses him out because EVERYONE IS HATEFUL and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. They honestly just don't want to work or help the customer. Take your money out and switch banks. They don't care about the customer or the account for that matter..
