Service is good But the up keep on the property. Like the Ballard light poles is so badly done looks awful for a bank this size you would think they would make things look better. Pitiful

TFCU is just all around great. Friendly professional service, easy transactions, rarely long lines, and their mobile app allows me to constantly keep an eye on my transactions and balances.

My family made arrangments with the bank before my granpas passing all verbal, written, and over the phone stating that it was all arranged properly for distribution of the money with the family trust. Only after his death the bank stated to my family that the funds could not be distributed. This is a huge miss guidance and wrongfully mistreatment to my family. This should never happen to anyone willing to prepare things in advance before any death occurs. This bank needs better employees and better training for sure.
