        Outside ATM constantly out of order. This has been going on for months and months. This is a BIG inconvenience plus force me to use competitors ATMs and paying fees to them and to Chase! I think after 20 years its time to switch to a different bank.

        ATM always down. Today it doesnt accept cash deposit or payment. Very disappointing!

        The Santa Fe branch is the best branch in Edmond now.

        This place operates insanely slow. Every time I make a deposit there is some kind of clerical error. Staff is insanely rude when they provide service and rather argue than provide a quality service
