    We stayed just for one night, normal king bed room. Arrived fairly earlier prior to check-in time. Luckily there was a room for us and we didn't need to wait too long. However, once we did get to the room, we were surprised by the condition of the room. Not only was the popcorn ceiling peeling, there was mildew and mold in our bathroom ceiling, which caused concern for the rest of the hotel. As someone who has worked in both limited and full service hotels and resorts, this was not considered "up to standards." More so, since we paid over $300 for just one night. At that price, you would think the condition of the room would be better than what we received. When we informed the front desk about our findings, he didn't acknowledge our concerns instead responded with we could have switched rooms, even though the hotel was busy, they apparently have a couple rooms set aside for situations like this. Long story short, after inquiring if there's anything he can do in terms of compensation, he offered us 500 points for the inconvenience, which is equivalent to $5! Normally, we would say something is better than nothing, but considering how much we paid for the room, it was not enough to justify the cleanliness and overall room condition. Rooms: We stayed in room 201, refer to photos, request a different one, unless concerns are rectified.

    Clean rooms, and Carl was extremely accommodating. Very patient and helpful. They also afforded me a late checkout, later than most hotels would. 10/10, absolutely cant beat it for the price
