Broken AC units, personal items taken and no accountability from management. Don't recommend at all.

I didnt book this reservation but I am staying here from a work trip. I was met with a lot of suspicion when checking in, to the point my manager had to call a second time to tell them it was booked for me. My first room smelled AWFUL - literally smelled worse than a high school boys locker room. Dirty feet and BO. The elevator smelled like people were vaping in it nonstop. Currently there are kids running up and down my hallway. The business area was full of adults drinking beer, and because the pool is immediate to the entrance, it is an obnoxious lobby. The food on site is limited. I want to give the staff grace for what they have to deal with, but as someone who has worked customer service their whole life, I dont think Id ever project my burnout onto new guests. Edited to add that Ive never stayed at a hotel that doesnt even offer coffee. I got free coffee in the lobby one day but the next I was told it wasnt free. The rooms have terrible instant powder and non dairy whitener.

Room was not very clean when I checked in. Know they do not clean everyday. Next morning, requested service. Afternoon, Nothing. Complained. Thought everything would be fine the next day after complaining. Wrong. Next day, requested service again. Nothing. Complained again. This time Front desk could care less. They Came up with numerous excuses and lots of rolling eyes. Dirty towels at the start. Trash not emptied. Had to go to the desk for towels, soap (container empty), coffee and cups.
