      image Hotel is clean and right off the highway. The best part is the customer service, Jimmy and Roman go over and beyond when it comes to guest satisfaction. This is 2 weeks late but still the same hospitality I received my 1st time here. I travel for a living and have come across some bad hotels but Roman and Jimmy make this place feel like a home away from home. I understand it is their job to keep the guest happy but they go beyond satisfactory. I'm here because they make me feel like royalty , but I have also witnessed them treating other guest with the same passion. These 2 gentlemen are a assets to any company they work for. Thank you Jimmy and Roman

      image We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very kind and extremely friendly! There were plenty of restaurants within reach and just far enough from downtown that it wasn't highly congested. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying and room accommodations were excellent. The only issue was with food delivery through the various apps as their drivers had great difficulty locating it for some reason.

      image There are plenty of things around the hotel, so the location is great. The rooms are very outdated though, the TV is super small, and old, I'm actually more impressed it still works. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I will say that, and for the Cleveland area, it was fairly quiet compared to most hotels I've stayed at in Cleveland. I travel to Cleveland frequently for work.

      Nearby activities: Good selection of food establishment, gas station is in walking distance for quick snacks, and there is a Top Golf very close
