I stayed here two seperate nights in the last week. The first room, the shower didn't drain properly and backed up into the tub - one of the worst experiences of all hotel stays - makes you wonder how they don't know that if they are actually cleaning the shower. The second stay, the sink did the same thing. I have nothing against the bulk toiletry dispensers, but both rooms the soap was empty in the shower, again, a failure in housekeeping. Breakfast attendants were awesome. Evening happy hour the bartenders could not have been less friendly and the beer taste was evident they have not cleaned their draft lines in some time. Finally, not sure why a suburban hotel in a sparsely populated office park feels the need to charge for parking....
Not a great experience.

Our room was paid in full well ahead if our trip and of course i expected to provide a card at check in for incidentals. What i was not prepared for was a charge of $500 for my entire reservation, for the second time. When i realized the charge. After we checked out and made it back home, i called and they said they would check with manager. Still waiting to get a credit or a call back explaining the course of action for my credit.
Our room did not have towels, did not have coffee cups although there was a coffee maker and our first set of keys did not work. There was also no shower soap in the shower, the bottle was empty.
I went to the front desk to request towels and was given 2, even though we had 4 people staying in our room. I was told they would bring up more and they never did. Went to front desk again and got 2 more towels.
Housekeeping never visited our room so i had to get more towels for the next day.
Pool had pretty cloudy water and was pretty dirty no pool towels were available either so had to use our room towels thus requiring is to request additional
Overall for the price we paid for the room, i expected better.

Hotel was nice the problem was no towels at all. Not enough sheets or pillows. How does Hilton allow this to happen. The front desk is more than aware of this problem and plenty of other reviews say the same thing. No excuse for this.

Room was OK, but when we arrived it was excruciating hot. The room key they gave me did not work.
Parking in this suburban location in the middle of nowhere is an $8/24 hour charge. Even worse, its combined with an absolutely unacceptable $1.50 service fee to pay for the parking the way they recommend. PLUS 18% tax on parking. People at the front desk said it would cost $10/day to pay through them and avoid the service fee. Ridiculous nickel and diming.
This is a Hilton property! How far has this brand sunk
I would never stay at this location again and would not recommend it.
