This place is horrible!!! Not only did my 7 year old niece walk in the room we reserved and paid for to see two strangers having sex. They give us another room and it was full of black mold and dirty and they wont even respond to my calls emails. I have reached out to corporate and nothing either. None of the hotel doors lock anyone can walk in. They said the reason it happened was because they was under staffed and they snuck in the room.They refuse to refund us Or do anything regarding the situation besides a free breakfast which was horrible. So I guess this is normal to them because the staff said it was twice in one week that it happened. The general manager lives on site and these things are happening, sounds to me like hes the one renting the rooms to these people on side paying cash as the two people in our room said when we caught them. I will be contacting the bbb

The pictures must have been taken when the hotel first opened. It certainly does not look like this anymore. One elevator out and the other has seen better days. Our room was near the broken one at the end of the long hallway. Would have been better if we were closer to the working one. Hotel was half full so it would have been more thoughtful. Curtains broken and stuck together. Window did not open for fresh air. A/C did not work so totally musty. Carpet was coming up on sides. Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs overhaul. Surprised Hilton is OK with this standard. Did not go swimming but hot tub looked out of order as well and pool had a layer of slime floating.

Unfortunately, I wish I would have read these reviews before I stayed here. Like many others, this hotel is filthy, poor manager service, and accommodations not functioning. FYI - Still only 1 elevator for entire hotel and jacuzzi still out of order and pool still nasty! Bathroom was dirty with so much hair in the bath tub and hair on the toilet seat. Stains everywhere!!!! On the floor, bedding, furniture. Even had living insect in the bathroom and a ton of dead ones on the window seal. Brought the disgust to the managers attention and he was extremely dismissive and uninterested. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
Rooms: Nasty!!! Dirty! Filthy! Out dated! Disgusting!
